The Greek Island of Hydra is unusual because automobiles are prohibited. I found this window and pots on a side street. I moved the window from the right side to the left to enhance the composition, and turned it into a painting that captures the bright colors and light on the island.
My gicleé prints are made on heavy watercolor paper that has a special sizing which helps with the brillance of the color and the resolution of the image.
Sizes above represent the size of the paper. The print area is somewhat smaller and varies with the print.
Prints 9" x 12" or larger are shipped mounted on an acid free foam core board with a matte that is approximately 2 to 3 inches larger than the print all around, i.e. a 13" x 19" print may have a matte as large as 19" x 25".
