I know that you may have qualms about purchasing artworks online. There may be several reasons for that. One reason, for instance, may be that you are unsure of what you are seeing on screen.

It is true that no matter how big your screen is or how good your monitor is, it is difficult to really get a feel for what a print or painting will really look like when you hang it on your living room wall. Part of the problem is because the resolution of the images you see on the screen is far less than it is in other media. Also, size matters.

Most importantly, you really can't get a sense for the quality of the paper or canvas, its texture, or the subtly of the colors by viewing a work of art on a monitor.
